All plans include:

• Meet and Greet Visit – includes a medical/family history review, an assessment of health risks, behaviours, and goals to inform a comprehensive plan of care going forward
• Complete Annual Physical Exam
  • – Health and wellness promotion, Illness and disease prevention, chronic disease risk assessment and biomarker testing (as appropriate), health literacy supports, expedited specialist referrals and follow-up, and diagnostic testing.
• Fully integrated within the public healthcare system. (i.e. dietician, pharmacist counselling, psychology supports, specialists and referrals)
• In-clinic blood draw
• Access to expedited private pay services when requested
• Follow-up clinic visits of 15, 30 and 60 minutes to ensure your healthcare needs are adequately addressed
• Convenient scheduling supporting in-person, virtual or telephone visits
• Full-time clinic support including some after-hours care.
• Flexible weekly clinic appointments include weekends, holidays, evening and weekday options
• Same-day or next-day appointments for urgent or semi-urgent health concerns
• Timely and convenient medication refills
• Secure Electronic Health Record Access to review clinic notes, test results, and communicate with your provider.
